All new systems are designed and installed to be both robust and reliable – and are thoroughly tested before a commissioning certificate is issued. PTM provides ongoing service and maintenance packages, as well as offering proactive and reactive maintenance on clients existing security systems.
The company motto is that if we can't do it, we don't do it. As a result, we only ever use our own in-house engineers which ensure that every installation meets our own rigorous standards.
All PTM engineers have M.O.D security clearance and take personal responsibility for the quality of the service they provide.
About Our Managing Director
Peter started PTM back in November 2000. He ensures his client's daily workload and requirements are undertaken speedily, professionally and at the best cost effective manner available. He ensures the company works within the remits of all attained accreditations.
Peter's main roles and responsibilities within the company are Engineering, Sales and Staff matters.
He enjoys Specific Systems Design best within his job role, which can be both challenging and rewarding, to design a bespoke system that cannot be purchased from a shop or off the shelf.
Peter has Two main Hobbies and Interests away from work, namely Boating on Loch Lomond and general D.I.Y. You will often find him cruising the shores and waters of loch lomond.
